Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update outstanding payments, collections, and recoveries
- Handle daily payments and receipts
- Review and process invoices, assist in vendor payments, and resolve discrepancies
- Perform monthly bank and credit line reconciliation
- Support month-end closing and prepare balance sheet schedules
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum N Level or O Level qualification
- No experience required OR Entry Level – training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only
