Job Overview
We're looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our in-house team.
You'll help bring our stories to life through video editing, visual design, and content creation.
You'll also manage our social media channels — scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking engagement.
This is a junior role suited for someone with a good eye for layout and storytelling, a sense of aesthetics, and a willingness to learn and grow under clear creative briefs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design marketing materials and social media content (e.g. visuals, posters, digital decks)
- Edit and produce short-form video content for digital platforms (e.g., reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes)
- Manage social media accounts — schedule posts, respond to comments, monitor engagement
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to improve content performance and brand presence
- Ensure all visuals and messaging are aligned with our brand direction and tone
- Organise and manage creative assets (videos, images, templates)
- Work closely with project leads to execute creative briefs effectively and efficiently
- Support with ad hoc duties when required (e.g., on-site shoots, event coverage, team support)
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in design, video editing, or social media management (internships or freelance work welcome)
- Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Photoshop or equivalent
- Strong visual sense and attention to layout, pacing, and storytelling
- Able to work independently, follow direction, and take feedback constructively
- Portfolio of past work (school projects, personal, or client work) is a bonus
Good to have (not required)
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills
- Photography or videography experience
- Interest in storytelling, culture, or wellness/grief-related work
