*Location:* East Singapore
*Working Days:* 5-day work week
*Salary Range:* $2,200 – $3,000
Provide basic IT support to end-users (hardware, software, printers, and network issues).
Set up, install, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.
Assist with user accounts, email, and access support.
Troubleshoot common IT problems and escalate when necessary.
Keep records of support requests and solutions.
Support IT team in system rollouts, upgrades, and office IT needs.
At least 2 years of experience in desktop support / IT helpdesk.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Willing to learn – training will be provided.
