Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
Support LAN/WAN infrastructure and ensure connectivity across all departments.
Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network upgrades and changes.
Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
Respond to network-related support tickets and provide technical assistance.
Ensure network security by following best practices and company policies.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
Qualifications:
CCNA Certification
is required.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
