Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee daily operations for retail store and factory
- Coordinate with stores, factory, and suppliers on sales orders, production, and inventory
- Handle data entry with accuracy, proper organisation, and timely updates
- Streamline and plan factory workflow and production schedules for efficiency
- Manage deliveries between Singapore and overseas boutiques / partners
- Identify and resolve production or inventory issues
- Provide admin support, documentation, and filing
- Handle customer enquiries and appointments (offline/online)
- Organise and manage inventory, including fabric, forms, and office/workshop supplies
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma holder; 0–2 years' experience (entry-level welcome)
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Thrives in fast-paced environments; good at multitasking and problem-solving
- Independent, reliable, and deadline-driven
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written & spoken)
- Working hours Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.30pm
