Job Description
The Junior Operations Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all retail stores, department store presence and supply chain within Singapore.
The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, driving sales performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service across all offline channels.
The Junior Operations Manager will collaborate closely with the merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize product assortment, ensure timely replenishment, and align store layout and inventory with customer demand and company strategy.
The position requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of retail operations, and ability to implement effective processes and solutions that will enhance productivity and profitability.
Major Accountabilities
Store management: oversee operations of all the company's retail stores ensuring each meets sales targets and adhere to company policies and deliver optimal customer experience
Frontliner planning: plan and manage the staffing of frontliners, ensuring that each store has the appropriate number of employees to meet customer demand and maintain standards.
Training must also be implemented to the frontliners in order for them to become knowledgeable with the product and processes
Merchandise collaboration: closely work with brand and merchandising team to ensure product selections, pricing, and promotions are effectively implement across all offline channels
Supply chain coordination: collaborate with warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels, timely product replenishment, and minimize stockouts or excess inventory
Coordination with malls and department stores: act as the primary contact person for mall lessors and department store partners, managing relationships, negotiating trade margins, rentals, and lease terms, and ensure store locations meet operational requirements
