Job Description / Requirements

  • Company: PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING & PAYROLL SERVICES FIRM
  • Location: Central Town / West Area
  • Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm / 5-day work week
  • Monthly Salary: S$2,500 – 2,800 to start, before increment & CPF

Responsibilities

  • Assist HR Management with assigned tasks
  • Assist the Senior Accountant in creating and calculating payroll using Workday
  • Submit IR8A Tax Clearance & CPF for about 200+ staff, including data records for retail F&B sector clients
  • Check staff attendance, generate reports including overtime and provision bonuses
  • Prepare HR reports for internal management
