Salary: Up to $3,000 Basic Salary
Work Day: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 8.30 am – 5:30 pm
Proper guidance and training will be provided.
Relevant experience is not required, but a positive working attitude is essential.
Responsibilities:
1.
Candidate Sourcing & Attraction
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Create engaging job postings to attract suitable candidates
2.
Candidate Management
- Screen and shortlist candidates through CV review and interviews
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit against client requirements
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial application to job offer
- Provide interview preparation and career advice to candidates
3.
Recruitment Process Management
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Gather feedback from both parties and manage expectations accordingly
- Handle offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding support
4.
Administrative & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of recruitment databases and reports
- Handle reference checks, background verification, and compliance requirements
- Adhere to company policies and relevant employment regulations
5.
Performance & Targets
- Meet individual and team KPIs (placements, revenue, client satisfaction)
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the recruitment team
Requirements:
- Minimally Diploma Holders
- Has a passion in Human Resource / Recruitment
