Responsibilities

  • Support Product Manager and Product Owner in daily Agile activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and team coordination.

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Promote Agile values and practices, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Help assess and improve team maturity in Agile/Scrum delivery.

  • Identify and remove project impediments, ensuring smooth progress and alignment with goals.

  • Support risk, issue, and dependency reporting for delivery transparency.

  • Build a positive and safe team environment encouraging open communication and accountability.

Skills & Requirements

  • Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, SSM, or equivalent) required.

  • 2?5 years of experience in Agile environments, preferably in roles such as Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Project Coordinator.

  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, servant leadership, and team facilitation.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, or JIRA is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and Agile techniques like TDD or Continuous Integration is a plus.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
