for a Junior Sous Chef (Culinary), to join our team!Ensure food is prepared to the correct standards, recipes, and presentation.
Help plan menus, specials, and food preparation for service and events.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and timely service.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Assist with ordering, stock control, and proper storage of ingredients.
Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
Train and guide new or junior kitchen staff.
