POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Travel Consultant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about travel, customer service, and learning the ins and outs of the tourism industry.
You will have the opportunity to liaise with our clients from all over the world, however we specialize in European, US and Australian markets.
No prior experience is necessary.
Comprehensive training will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Travel Consultant team in handling client and agent inquiries, with training provided on company processes and travel products.
- Assist in creating customised travel itineraries for international travel agents and tour operators.
- Learn to communicate effectively with overseas partners to provide accurate and up-to-date travel information.
- Help prepare travel quotations and proposals under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in inspections and familiarisation trips to learn how to present travel services and experiences to clients.
- Work alongside experienced team members to improve your understanding of sales conversions, pricing strategies, and profitability.
- Learn how to use the company's TourPlan software to maintain clients' data and bookings.
- Assist in the preparation of travel materials and documentation for clients.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth delivery of travel services.
- Support with basic administrative tasks including invoicing and reporting, with mentorship from senior team members.
- Gradually develop the ability to handle client feedback and resolve minor issues, as you grow in the role.
- Build relationships with suppliers and partners under supervision, learning negotiation skills and service coordination.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Singapore Citizens only.
- A strong interest in the travel and tourism industry.
- Higher-NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree in Tourism or related field.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office and Google Workspace is helpful.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to develop strong organisational skills.
