Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor systems and infrastructure.
Install, configure, test, and maintain OS, applications, and system tools.
Design and support information and operational systems.
Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for issue resolution.
Provide enterprise support for Windows, VMWare, and RedHat.
Work in a 24/7 support environment, including on-call duties (1 week/month).
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of
Windows Server, VMWare, and RedHat Linux.
Experience in
system administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with automation, scripting, and system monitoring tools.
Knowledge of networking, security, and cloud technologies is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-call, 24/7 support environment.
