Key Account Executive (Modern Trade, FMCG)
Summit Company (Singapore) Pte Ltd – Ang Mo Kio
The Key Account Executive supports the sales team in managing modern trade customers (e.g., NTUC FairPrice, Sheng Siong, Cold Storage, Giant, Kiddy Palace).

The role focuses on ensuring smooth account operations, achieving sales targets, and executing promotions and merchandising plans.


Key Responsibilities
Manage daily account operations, including orders, promotions, and stock availability.


Support sales targets by tracking performance and highlighting gaps or opportunities.


Coordinate with merchandisers to ensure good shelf presence and promotion execution.


Work with supply chain teams to prevent out-of-stock and manage inventory issues.


Prepare sales reports and assist in business reviews with customers.


Collaborate with internal teams (Trade marketing, Finance) to support business plans.


Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


1–3 years of sales or account servicing experience, preferably in FMCG (Baby care, toiletries and Baby Wipes).


Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer service mindset.


Good organizational skills with attention to detail.


Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis.


A proactive team player with a hands-on approach.
