Our client is looking for a dedicated Key Account Executive to manage and grow client relationships, focusing mainly on schools, tuition centres, and educational organisations.
You will be responsible for promoting our book and content offerings, supporting the sales team in business development, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to support business development and client engagement.
- Liaise with external partners such as schools, tuition centres, and other organisations to explore opportunities for products and content offerings.
- Manage existing client accounts and coordinate promotional activities.
- Handle administrative tasks including preparing proposals, quotations, and related paperwork.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and follow up on enquiries.
- Support outdoor sales activities and events as required.
- Assist in ensuring smooth communication between vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in sales support, vendor liaison, or related roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Proactive, able to work independently, and detail-oriented.
- Educational background is an advantage, but all candidates with sales-related experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
