Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Reach out to prospects through various sales channel
Client Relationship Management: Manage client professionally to ensure seamless client onboarding, build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Documentation: Consolidate and verify documents required from clients for various processes.
After-Sales Service: Provide exceptional after-sales service and maintain ongoing client relationships.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to reporting Manager on sales performance and pipeline status.
Ad-Hoc Support: Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities to support overall sales & marketing functions.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Min.
2 years of working experiences.
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Communication, or a related field or equivalent qualification.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales
Strong relationship-building and account management skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary Package
Employee Remuneration and entitlements:
Basic Salary: $2,500 to $3,000, commensurate with experience
Performance Incentive: subject to meeting sales KPI
14 days annual leave
14 days medical leave

Working hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday), 9:00am to 12:30pm (Saturday)
Saturday is WFH; we are usually on stand-by mode on Saturday
