We’re looking for a driven
Key Account Manager
to lead strategic customer partnerships and deliver growth across the modern trade channel.
You will develop and execute account plans, drive sales and profitability, and ensure strong collaboration with both internal teams and key retail partners.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow revenue, market share, and product distribution.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retail accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify business opportunities and create actionable plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Analyze sales data and evaluate promotions to guide commercial decisions.
Plan and lead trade promotions and in-store activations for maximum impact.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution and close business gaps.
Conduct business reviews with retailers and negotiate trading terms for long-term growth.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, or Sales within FMCG.
At least 3 years in a multinational environment preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
