Responsibilities:
- Lead overall management and development of key accounts, ensuring sustainable long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction
- Take full ownership of account P&L performance and produce top-line growth and margin improvement in line with business objectives
- Serve as primary senior-level contact for key customers, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence
- Secure new opportunities within existing accounts, promoting cross-selling and solution selling across company product portfolio (air, ocean, contract logistics, land transport, and project logistics)
- Drive robust pipeline planning and execution, ensuring consistent opportunity development and conversion
- Provide thought leadership on customer trends and market dynamics
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering high performance culture and building talent for future growth
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Logistics & Supply Chain or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of Key Account Management / Sales in Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Project Logistics
- Possess knowledge of multimodal transport solutions (Air, Ocean, Land, Project Logistics).
- Possess experience in Out-Of-Gauge (OOG), Non-Common-Load (NCL), Break-Bulk or heavy-lift logistics is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
