Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead and expand strategic partnerships with key retail clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence in account management, and enhancing overall portfolio profitability while balancing top-line expansion with sustainable business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key retail partners to foster long-term collaboration and client satisfaction.
Ensure all activities align with company goals, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing sales within key accounts.
Collaborate with the Sales team to align on account strategies, sales targets, and market insights.
Business Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and present regular reports to internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
Utilisation of sales data to track performance, identify key trends & insights so as to provide actionable plans.
Budget Management Support
Assist in managing trade spend and contribute to budget forecasting and planning for key accounts.
