Job Scope:
- Manage and grow key customer accounts in the semiconductor sector.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as main point of contact.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new opportunities.
- Handle contract negotiation, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, supply chain, customer service) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Address customer issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 – 5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of semiconductor market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
