Role Summary
This role require to builds and maintains relationships with major clients, to retain them for extended periods of time.
Develop an extensive understanding of an organisation' s client base and their needs.
Engage with the clients, often resolving issues and suggesting solutions to routine problems they face.
A key account manager may be able to comprehend the needs of a client and tailor products or services that meet their specific requirements.

Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients.
Must have global/regional mindset in serving Key accounts.
- Developing long-term strategies for client retention and growth expansion.
- Understanding the needs and requirements of clients.
Resolving customer complaints promptly to maintain trust.
- Trying to build long-standing professional relationships with clients to create a mutually beneficial environment.
- Proposing solutions to a client's problems and implementing them within reasonable timelines.
- Ensure client retention
- Acting as a channel of communication between clients and the employees of an organisation.
- Identifying high-value clients and developing strategies to build relationships with them.
- Preparing periodical reports with accurate data on time.
(CRM / Monthly Report etc.) - As the main facilitator to manage Account Receivables for assigned accounts
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- At least 3-5years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Sales and Business Development.
- Experience or exposure in handling conglomerate accounts especially in Healthcare /Medical Devices/Semiconductor/Electronics will be considered with priority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Good in communication and negotiation.
Excellent presentation skill.

- Proactive, resourceful with ability to work well independently or in groups.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm
