The KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - EXISTING BUSINESS main role will be to manage a portoflio of active Corporate accounts and deliver sustainable profitable growth - in Singapore
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manage list of Active Corporate accounts in SingaporeDevelop sustainably profitable growth looking at upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesAdvocate Lyreco value proposition to your portfolio ensuring customers get a full comprehension of Lyreco capabilitiesArrange regular Account Development Plan either face-to-face or through video callCooperation with other internal departments (CS, Logistics, Marketing) to deliver excellent service and proper customized solutionsSupport to coordinate special sourcing request from customer following company guidelinesPricing & margin managementTo report on sales activities and update CRM on activities and opportunities and progressFunctional coordination with the International Account Manager to respect global tender and agreement conditionsHelp to digitalize customer's order-to-pay journey using Lyreco e-solutionWork closely with Corporate Inside Sales team to develop sales and manage most efficent processes to manage customers requirementsCarry out any other adhoc reasonable assignment from the management team from time to time .base salary range between SGD4200-SGD4400 + fixed allowances SGD800-SGD1200+ sales incentiveOffice based in WoodlandQualification
Minimum Diploma in any studiesStrong analytical skills, Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Strong negotiation skills, Strong sales pipeline management skillsGood Communication and Persuasion skills.Good organizational skillsMinimum 5 years working experience in B2B field engaging with Corporate Large accounts or service based sales position
