Job description

Our client, a leader in the electro plating field, is looking for a Sales Engineer to join them (Farmer, Key Account role)

Sales Engineer – Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., engineering, production, logistics) to coordinate and fulfil customer requirements.

  • Support and manage customer audits, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and quality standards.

  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with assigned customer accounts to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within existing accounts, providing tailored solutions that add value.

  • Monitor customer performance and usage trends to proactively address potential issues and offer improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

  • Training will be provided; candidates with strong interpersonal skills and technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
