**Customer Service Role Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to provide exceptional service support to our customers.
**Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver front-line customer service support with professionalism and courtesy
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely manner
- Assist with registration, appointment bookings, and general information provision
- Evaluate feedback and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation records
- Ensure high-quality service standards at all times
**Requirements:**
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
- Desirable: prior experience in customer-facing roles

**Working Hours:** 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, 1:15 PM – 11:00 PM
