Job description

Customer Service Advisor Role

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a professional and courteous experience from initial contact through to resolution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing clear and concise information to address their queries and concerns.

  • Acting as a liaison between the customer and our team, facilitating communication and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Managing administrative tasks related to insurance and warranty claims, including preparation of accurate estimates and supplementary documents.

  • Assisting customers in completing accident reports, utilizing knowledge of relevant procedures and documentation requirements.

Requirements for Success:

  • A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field, with relevant work experience considered an advantage.

  • Possession of a Class 3 driving license can be beneficial for the role, although not essential.

  • Previous experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous but not necessary.
