Job Responsibilities:
· IT Support & Troubleshooting – Provide first-level support to on-site and remote users for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues
· System Setup & Maintenance – Handle installations, migrations, and troubleshooting, meanwhile escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support.
· Helpdesk & Ticket Management – Deliver support via phone, email, or remote access, and manage service tickets, task assignments, and scheduling.
