Job Description
- Produce lab‑scale batch for savoury process flavor.
Operate, maintain, calibrate and sterilize laboratory equipment and work areas.
- Perform standard laboratory tests according to prescribed procedures and record the test results.
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures when handling raw materials and chemicals.
- Pack, label and prepare sample for QC and outgoing.
- Coordinate with the Flavorist and Quality Control Department and ensure compounded samples meet the standard.
- Monitor, review and replenishment of raw materials when inventory is low in the laboratory.
- Ensure raw materials used in the laboratory are stored in the correct condition and location to ensure quality and safety.
- Review and ensure optimal inventory level of library flavors.
- Maintain good housekeeping and a clean and safe working environment in the laboratory.
- Clean lab equipment, washing of glassware and apparatus after use.
- To carry out any additional job‑related duties that may be assigned from time to time
