Role: Lead AI Design Strategist
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for AI solution and experience design, product design in the corporate banking sector.
Create frameworks and playbook for designing AI tools to deliver a standout user experience across CIB coverage platforms & services.
Introduce and develop frameworks specific to AI including conversational UX, agent-based design, co-pilot interactions, intelligent automation, and explainability.
Use wireframes to express vision and seek alignment.
Partner with product owner, business owner, data science teams, and engineering teams to understand their needs, goals, and define problem statements.
Collaborate with AI Service Designer and AI product designer to strategize product designs.
Engage with research, analytics, and value capture teams to understand pain points and opportunities to improve experience.
Drive change with entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on approach, and ability to evangelize user experience significance.
Coach and mentor design teams on designing for AI tools.
