Why We Need you

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Enablement professional to join our high-performing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive enablement programs and content tailored for our APJ sales organization, sales leadership, and other customer-facing teams.

Your mission will be to ensure that our field teams are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills required to shorten ramp-up times and enhance ongoing sales effectiveness.

Your strategic contributions will play a critical role in driving future growth in APJ.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage key sales enablement programs—including Command of the Message, Command of Sale, Command of Plan, and Value Negotiation—ensuring sellers are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to exceed strategic objectives.

  • Partner closely with frontline sales managers and sales leadership to drive operating rigor, including deal reviews, pipeline inspection, enablement initiatives, and establishing manager operating rhythms that foster a coaching culture and support high performance.

  • Develop and deliver integrated training, content, and coaching solutions for sales teams and front-line managers, aligned to each stage of the customer's journey and the product lifecycle.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to align enablement priorities, optimize processes, and drive measurable improvements in sales productivity and results.

  • Leverage data-driven insights and feedback to continuously evaluate program effectiveness, refine enablement strategies, and respond to evolving market and business needs.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

  • To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • Extensive expertise in sales training best practices, including instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation.

  • Deep understanding of contemporary sales methodologies (such as Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, Value Negotiation, Command of the Sale & Plan), sales processes, and buyer journey alignment.

  • Proven knowledge of sales management best practices, including pipeline management and developmental sales coaching.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, from concept through completion.

  • Advanced skills in planning and facilitating meetings, both in-person and virtually.

  • Experience and a proven track record of success in working with partner ecosystems.

  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, with sound decision-making abilities.
