What You Will Be Working On
Scope the operations requirements into business specifications, evaluate and recommend ICT or Ops-Tech systems to address the business needs.
Perform procurement of services, conduct evaluation, either independently or with your supervisor.
Oversee operation and sustainment of ICT systems and other Ops-Tech systems to ensure service levels are maintained.
Work with developers and stakeholders to identify, evaluate and resolve system issues.
Work closely with other team members towards meeting operations requirements, considering cybersecurity (compliant to IM8 policy) and integration features of the system.
Manage and ensure successful implementation of projects and/or enhancements, achieving a high standard of quality control of systems.
What We Are Looking For
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
Up to 3 years of relevant software development, business analysis or project management working experience.
Proven experience in project management and implementation of ICT systems or other Ops-Tech systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem‐solving skills.
Good communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
Self‐motivated, pro‐active, dedicated and responsible with the ability to work independently without close supervision.
All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
