As a Lead, Fund Programme Operations, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Administer yearly budgets for funds, ensuring resources are strategically assigned to initiatives.
- Supervise fund usage to confirm it follows approved plans and meets strategic goals.
- Measure outcomes and provide updates on key performance indicators for all supported programmes.
- Lead the execution of initiatives, ensuring timely release of funding, budget adherence, and smooth coordination among stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed schedules to track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure objectives are delivered successfully.
- Collect relevant information to assess the progress and impact of various initiatives.
- Produce clear and detailed reports covering financials, progress updates, and measurable outcomes for both internal and external partners.
- Engage with both internal teams and external partners to ensure effective delivery of projects.
- Schedule regular meetings and reporting sessions with project leads to ensure timelines are met and impact is recorded.
- Design consistent workflows for fund management, tracking, and stakeholder communications to improve operational efficiency.
- Regularly review current processes and suggest changes to boost effectiveness and support better outcomes across initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Nonprofit Management, or equivalent
- Relevant experience in financial management with regard to grants and philanthropy is advantageous
