Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
Research and identify target customers and markets
Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for follow-up
Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM system
Understand and communicate the company’s products and value proposition
Build rapport and nurture leads through regular follow-ups
Assist in scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team
Track and report lead generation activities and results
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales
Strong communication and research skills
Comfortable with outbound outreach
CRM experience preferred but not a must
