The Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through online tools, databases, and social platforms.
- Qualify prospects based on target market criteria.
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate information.
- Reach out to leads via email, phone, or LinkedIn to initiate conversations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop outreach strategies.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Digital Marketing within Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
