With a strong plan to uplift its business units' IT capabilities and further growth plans, the organisation is looking for a Lead, IT Business Partner to deliver quality IT services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- IT Planning & Management:
Define and align the Business Unit's IT strategy with Group IT, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and lead a team of business partners, project managers, and support engineers.
- Service Management:
Ensure effective delivery of IT services and engage stakeholders to align business needs with Group IT initiatives.
- Portfolio & Project Management:
Oversee the Business Unit's IT project portfolio, mentor project managers, and directly manage key programs to achieve scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
- IT Governance:
Drive adoption of Group IT policies, provide guidance on governance and security requirements, and ensure compliance across local and overseas business units.
Key Requirements
- Recognised Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent with more than 10 years of experience as an IT Business Partner.
- Experienced in IT infrastructure, security systems, application development, and SAP ERP, with a track record of leading successful medium-to-large scale IT projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with good strategic and operational stakeholder management skills.
