Lead Marine Engineer
Requirements
Bachelor of Science (or equivalent degree) in marine/civil engineering from an accredited university with minimum 15 years relevant experience in major marine projects, preferably LNG & oil/gas projects.Must have minimum 5 years in similar lead role in major marine projects.Fully familiar with Singapore codes and international codes, standards, and recommended practices to be adopted during EPC phases of LNG & Oil/gas projects.Demonstratable experience in brownfield project development, including delivery of existing structures condition assessment and demolition design.In-depth knowledge of mooring and fender system designs in accordance with industry practices, including familiarity with latest industry guidelines.In-depth knowledge of marine engineering, marine structural, and geotechnical engineering.Must have the capacity to supervise, manage and deliver the development of marine/civil engineering deliverables, including relevant stakeholder management.Familiarity with navigational aid design and delivery.Experience in LNG and oil & gas projects is mandatory.Local Singaporeans and PRs are desirableFor foreign candidates: must currently hold valid passes in Singapore and have prior work experience in Singapore, along with relevant LNG and oil & gas project experience.Location: Ubi/ Jurong Port
Salary: $7,000- $8,000 plus or minus (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
This is a 2-year contract role.
