The Lead Product Manager will drive the strategy, design, and delivery of innovative health analytics solutions.



This role leads cross-functional teams to leverage proprietary analytics assets and healthcare data to develop impactful B2B products, with a strong focus on UX, translating data for non-technical audiences, and on-time implementation in complex enterprise environments.



The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, internal and external stakeholder engagement, and healthcare analytics fluency to scale existing tools and build new products that deliver client value and elevate health outcomes.

Product Leadership & Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and user needs.
  • Lead the design and development of new analytics products that translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights for clients.
  • Manage a cross-functional team comprised of UX, data science, and engineering stakeholders.

    Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team culture.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to manage development cycles and ensure team operates efficiently and smoothly.
  • Drive platform enhancements and scalability, ensuring seamless integration of analytics products, a consistent user experience, and innovative features to drive user engagement.
  • User-Centric Design and Innovation

  • Champion a user-first approach, conducting research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
  • Stay ahead of analytics and visualization trends, working with design, R&D, and data teams to explore new ideas and capabilities.
  • Ensure intuitive design and impactful insights across all analytics products.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and client impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Delivery

  • Collaborate with internal teams, enterprise clients, and vendors to gather requirements, validate use cases, and ensure successful & timely product implementation.
  • Partner with Support, data engineering, and other product teams to ensure product & client goals are met.
  • Experience and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in product management, with experience in healthcare analytics, data, or healthcare technology.

    Experience working with data science and tech teams a plus, as is exposure to the healthcare industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and communication.

    Proficient in data analysis, release management, product development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field are preferred.

    Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Self-starter, ability to align stakeholders in ambiguous environments, managing cross-functional teams, and ability to balance innovation with business priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems, as well as translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams and functions
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to driving positive change in the industry
