We're looking for a
Lead
Product Manager
to drive hands-on product execution and build stronger structure and consistency across our product organization.
You'll own core modules end-to-end while also helping guide PMs, establish better practices, and ensure smooth collaboration between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
You'll work closely with the Founder to translate that vision into clear, actionable roadmaps and reliable delivery.
What you'll do
- Own and execute product development for key modules end-to-end — from discovery to rollout.
- Lead the product operating cadence: roadmap reviews, sprint planning, and release coordination.
- Build and maintain structured processes for prioritization, documentation, and product feedback.
- Coach PMs on best practices in discovery, scoping, and delivery — ensuring consistency in quality and execution.
- Partner closely with engineering leads to balance speed, scope, and quality in every release.
- Collaborate with GTM and support teams to ensure launches are well-positioned and customers understand new capabilities.
- Track product performance and team delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
What you'll need
- 5–8 years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally in a fast-paced startup.
- Proven ability to execute: from writing PRDs to driving releases and collaborating directly with engineers and designers.
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs, with strong people and project management instincts.
- Excellent prioritization and communication skills; able to make clear trade-offs and align cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or compliance-heavy SaaS is a plus.
- Bias for action — you lead by doing and care about creating clarity, alignment, and momentum.
