You Will Get To...
-Design the Salesforce ecosystem from the ground up.
You'll have the autonomy to design end-to-end architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data Clouds, shaping the future of a critical digital infrastructure.
-Establish a strong governance framework.
As the gatekeeper for all technical designs, you'll define and enforce best practices for everything from naming conventions and data quality to release management and CI/CD pipelines.
-Be a technical leader and mentor.
You'll guide both internal and external vendor teams, mentor junior architects, and partner with enterprise architects to ensure Salesforce aligns with the broader IT strategy.
-Solve complex integration challenges.
You'll design secure and scalable integration patterns using REST, SOAP, and other middleware to ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
-Influence strategy and execution.
You will act as a key partner to senior leadership, ensuring compliance with both internal policies and regulatory frameworks like PDPA.
You Will Bring Your Experience Of...
-Deep Salesforce architecture expertise.
You have at least 8 years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years in an architect role, and a strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
-Hands-on development and configuration skills.
You're not just a designer; you're a builder with hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Flows, and complex API integrations.
-Architectural excellence.
You have experience defining scalable data models, security models, and governance standards for enterprise-level platforms.
Progress toward a Salesforce CTA or certifications like Application Architect, System Architect, and Integration Architect are highly valued.
-Leading cross-functional teams.
You have a proven track record of managing stakeholders and guiding developers and admins to success.
-DevOps and security.
You're comfortable with DevOps tools like GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, and you understand how to design and implement secure authentication and data protection models.
