The Lead/Manager (Sales & Program) will be responsible for leading and driving strategic programs within the semiconductor manufacturing environment, primarily supporting keys or related customers.
This role requires a seasoned professional with strong industry knowledge, established connections, and the ability to navigate complex customer and supplier ecosystems.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively across functions to deliver business success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end programs and projects in the semiconductor manufacturing domain, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, quality standards, and business goals.
Serve as the key interface with customers, ensuring close collaboration, responsiveness, and long-term partnership development.
Leverage industry knowledge and network connections to strengthen customer engagement, identify opportunities, and support business growth.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project execution and issue resolution.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, driving accountability across stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure timely mitigation to protect delivery timelines and business commitments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management practices, execution efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Provide strategic insights and feedback to senior management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Manage multiple projects independently, demonstrating strong ownership, execution discipline, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Support and perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by direct superior.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing), Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of program or project management experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, preferably with direct exposure to SEMI or related customers.
Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment, process flow, and customer requirements.
Well-established industry network or connections within the semiconductor ecosystem (OEMs, equipment suppliers, or major fabs).
Proven ability to work independently, make sound business decisions, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and regions.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving operational and commercial objectives.
Proficient in project management tools and business software (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.).
High level of initiative, accountability, and professionalism.
Able to thrive under pressure in a dynamic and competitive environment.
Willing to work on-site at Changi North Crescent.
