What the Role Entails
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing company-wide engagement programs, such as team-building activities, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and recognition programsSupport internal communication efforts by creating content for newsletters, emails, and intranet updates related to company cultureGather feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups to continuously improve workplace cultureHelp coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning events, including logistics and participant communicationsAssist in curating and developing learning materials, such as presentations, e-learning modules, and training handbooksResearch and recommend new learning tools and methods to enhance employee developmentContribute to various HR projects aimed at improving the employee experienceAssist in compiling reports and analyzing data related to employee training and engagement metricsWho We Look For
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related fieldStrong interest in corporate culture, employee engagement, and learning & development.Bilingual (English/Mandarin) to deal with both international and HQ based stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCreative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content for internal communications.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop), video-editing skills will be a good plusEqual Employment Opportunity at Tencent
