Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and administration of the L&D team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating training activities, maintaining training records, supporting in-house programs, and liaising with external training providers and government agencies to optimize training grant applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support for the daily operations of the L&D team.
- Register employees for training programs, follow up with training providers, and manage communications with internal administrative teams.
- Track training vendor payments and ensure timely processing of training request forms.
- Maintain and update records of internal and external training programs.
- Manage and upload employees’ training qualifications (e.g., certificates, licenses) to the HRIS and L&D Portal.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials for in-house training programs.
- Coordinate logistics for in-house training sessions to ensure smooth execution.
- Liaise with government agencies such as SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to apply for training grants and subsidies for approved courses.
- Ensure compliance and full utilization of training incentive schemes and available funding support.
- Handle Primacy Care Plan (PCP) invoice verification and ensure prompt removal of resigned employees from relevant claims.ng organizational skills with attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in L&D or HR administration.
- Familiarity with training coordination and government training grants (e.g., SSG) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS/Unit 4 HRMS is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
