Position overview:
A highly matured and independent individual responsible for course administration in PwC’s Learning & Development (L&D) team, to ensure that L&D courses are rolled out as planned.

This role works cohesively with other L&D team members and internal stakeholders to support the delivery of L&D courses, requiring strong interpersonal and organizational skills.


Responsibilities
Support the roll-out of L&D courses and learning initiatives
Administer course registration and enrollment process
Monitor status of training completion and follow up
Assist in the preparation of training reports
Provide technical support associated with online courses
Attend to any other training-related administrative and logistics matters
Assist and participate in L&D ad hoc projects
About you
A diploma holder with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative work
Fresh graduates with some experience in L&D internships are welcome to apply
Good interpersonal, time management & project management skills
Meticulous, self-motivated, organized and able to follow through and complete tasks on tight deadlines
Proficient with using formulas in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP or INDEX MATCH)
Experience with learning management systems, digital applications and platforms like Webex, MS Teams and Google applications is preferred
A critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
A team player with a high level of agility
