Job Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Delivery
Plan, schedule, and execute instructor‐led (in‐person & virtual) and e‐learning programs for all employee levels.
Manage training calendars, venue bookings, equipment set‐up, catering and coordination with external facilitators.
Serve as the primary point of contact for participants – handling registrations, reminders, pre‐work distribution, and post‐session follow‐up.
Learning & Development Communication
Promote and disseminate L&D initiatives to staff and internal stakeholders, leveraging on all communication tools available locally, regionally and globally to push the offer
Craft compelling communication campaigns (email blasts, intranet posts, flyers) to promote learning opportunities.
Coordinate and steer webinars, lunch and learn events etc.
Vendor and Budget Management
Source, evaluate, and manage external training providers, consultants, and platforms.
Negotiate contracts, monitor invoices, and track spend against the L&D budget.
Maintain a vendor performance scorecard and recommend improvements.
Manage the vendor procurement process
Reporting
Produce periodic L&D reports outlining learning needs accompanied by recommendations and implications, such as changes in operations, budget, or quality
Produce ad hoc L&D reports upon request by Inspection Generale / Internal Audit or local regulators
Contribute to the Permanent Operational Control Plan and contribute to the reporting of all incidents according to the Incident Management System
Comply with internal policies and external regulations in carrying out daily activities.
