Main Responsibilities

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their pedagogical affordances to inform instructional design decisions.
Instructional Design Process
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps among learners.
- Apply evidence-based instructional design principles to create intuitive and user-centered instructional materials.
- Develop storyboards and prototypes to outline instructional content flow and structure.
Assessment & Evaluation Strategies
- Design assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of instructional materials in achieving learning objectives.
- Review formative and summative assessments to inform instruction and ensure learner understanding.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design and development, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent project management skills and strong communication abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and course evaluation methodologies is essential.
