Job Summary
As a Learning Experience Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs that meet the organization's service quality standards.
This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to create engaging content that promotes knowledge retention and application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a library of training resources and aids to support the delivery of high-quality training programs.
- Work with subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs that meet the organization's service quality standards.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that training programs align with business objectives and are effectively communicated to learners.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Education or related field.
- 5+ years experience in training development and delivery.
- Strong working knowledge of instructional design models and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
