The
Learning Solutionist, Centre for AI & Tech Learning
plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative learning solutions that build future-ready capabilities in artificial intelligence, automation and digital technologies.
This role drives curriculum design anchored on adult learning principles, leverages technology-enabled platforms, and partners with subject matter experts to translate learning into measurable workplace outcomes.
As part of Certis’ Corporate University, the incumbent will champion digital transformation in learning, promote bottom-up innovation, and position Certis as a leader in technology-enabled workforce development.
What You'll Do:
Identify & Anticipate Learning Needs –
Continuously assess current and future workforce learning needs, with a strong focus on digital, AI and technology skills to prepare Certis for emerging business challenges.
Design & Deliver Learning Programmes –
Lead the design, development, and evaluation of courses/programmes that upskill employees in AI, automation and digital technologies, driving workforce transformation and business outcomes.
Integrate Innovative Learning Methods –
Apply instructional design, andragogy, and AI-powered learning tools to create engaging and effective curricula, embedding technology-enabled learning in all solutions.
Measure & Enhance Impact –
Drive the evaluation of key learning programmes (e.g., Kirkpatrick Levels 3 & 4), especially in AI and technology, to measure adoption and impact, using insights for continuous improvement.
Build Ecosystem & Culture –
Collaborate with industry partners, IHLs, and CET providers to benchmark and strengthen Certis’ stature in AI and technology learning, while fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and citizen development.
What You’ll Bring:
Degree or higher in instructional design, education, or related fields; exposure to AI, data science, digital transformation, or technology-enabled learning.
Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or equivalent adult learning accreditation (e.g., IAL or SUSS) is an advantage.
Experience in driving bottom-up innovation, digital experimentation, or citizen developer programmes within an organisation.
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills to design impactful learning solutions, influence stakeholders, and lead in a digital-first environment.
Results-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about enabling employees to be the differentiator that drives Certis’ business success.
