Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate leasing strategy to target desired trade mix.
• Proactively generate leads and manage the entire sales cycle from leads to negotiation to closing deals.
• Identify market segments and prospects; liaise with property agents.
• Implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of properties.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct viewings with potential clients.
• Accountable for rental and occupancy rate for the assigned lease portfolios.
• Secure new tenancies and renew existing leases; negotiate and follow up on lease terms with tenants.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper lease management documentation and administration.
• Keep up to date on the latest trends in the retail sector.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial and monthly reports; monitor performance.
• Work closely with other departments to support marketing events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to generate referrals and repeat business.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in a similar position, preferably in retail leasing and/or marketing.
• Creative, resourceful, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems.
• Strong network of contacts in the F&B and retail industry.
