Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Business Development Manager to execute business plans
- Consolidate data necessary for management reporting and ensure 100% accuracy of information
- Provide administrative supports to the department
- Prepare official documents needed for submission to authorities and/or mall management relating to tendering of sites
- Keep up-to-date market development and competitors' activities
- Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
- Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion; update leasing reports and schedules.
- Conduct site visits or viewings to identify potential areas for expansion.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 1 year of related experience
- Possess solid presentation skills, proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Able to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross function to support business development activities
- Highly motivated, acute business sense with an analytical mind and minimum supervision required
- Experience in job tendering would be an added advantage
- Resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of personnel
