The Talent
- Diploma in Estate Management, Building, or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and in teams, manage deadlines, and adapt in fast-paced environments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support leasing administrative tasks and ensure lease documentation is accurate
- Prepare and monitor lease documents such as Tenancy, Extension of Tenancy, and License Agreements
- Maintain and update the lease database, ensuring timely and correct data entry
- Liaise with tenants, lawyers, and stakeholders on tenancy agreements, pre-termination, novation, and compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents using standard real estate practices
