We are looking for highly motivated individuals, interested in identifying opportunities and building relationships with industry and overseas partners, to join us As part of the Internships and International Relations (IIR) team, you will work with partners from all over the world to engage, build and develop meaningful opportunities to the student population.

You will support the Internships and International Relations (IIR) Academic and Administration/ Operations and be involved in the delivery of Academic Teaching & Learning duties.

What you will be working on

  • Plan, manage, support and lead overseas trips for learners including Overseas Student Exchange, Overseas Internship & Educational trips, including pastoral support, student counselling and assessment
  • Plan, coordinate and lead overseas official trips for staff to explore potential partnerships in targeted countries to secure projects and programmes
  • Assist and coordinate the hosting of international visits, conduct of international fairs and related-events
  • Assist in the collation of nominations of student awards, scholarships and related-reports
  • In the area of Teaching & Learning, this Lecturer will also be assigned relevant academic duties (including module delivery & assessment and project/internship/PEM supervision to support learners)
  • Support corporate and ah-hoc projects when needed

  • Relevant qualification in Business, International Business or related field
  • Relevant experience in data analysis, collection and management
  • Excellent team player with strong verbal & written communication skills; possesses strong interpersonal engagement and collaborative skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Meticulous and results-oriented
