The role also involves active participation in applied science-based research projects.

Job Description
Design and deliver curriculum in chemistry and related subjects for both full time and adult learners.
Develop course materials that reflect current industry practices and emerging trends for pre-employment and continuing education training programmes.
Supervise and facilitate students’ industry-linked projects.
Provide mentorship and pastoral care to support students’ overall growth and career readiness.
Undertake administrative duties related to the diploma course or within the school.
Contribute to student related activities such as leading overseas trips, workshops, internships and outreach events.
Deliver planned curriculum to adult learners on scheduled weekday evenings or on weekends and participate in assessment activities.
Lead or participate in applied research and consultancy projects.
Job Requirements
Relevant qualification in Chemistry or related disciplines, preferably with a specialization in Organic Chemistry or Synthetic Chemistry.
Candidates should possess at least five years of relevant industry and/or research experience in organic synthesis and analytical techniques for structure elucidation.
Relevant experience in GMP environments or product formulation will be advantageous.
Candidates should have strong industry connections and a keen interest in developing partnership for internships, projects and research collaboration.
Proficient in IT, planning, and organisation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
